90 minute intake session
Two individual attachment assessments.
Couple therapy until relationship goals are met.
Individual Therapy
Emotionally focused Individual therapy (EFIT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Rates for Individuals:
90 minute Intake session: $150
60 minute sessions $125
Eye Movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR)
90 minute Intake session: $165
75 minute EMDR sessions: $150
Couples & EMDR Intensives:
Full day (EMDR) or full weekend (Couples)

Important Notice Regarding Summer Schedule
I have limited in-person availability over the summer months. From May to September, in-person appointments will be limited as I'll be in Northern Arizona and enjoying planned summer vacations.
However, I’m excited to offer virtual sessions via Zoom throughout the summer. I’ll also do my best to be in the valley every few weeks for in-person appointments. Additionally, I do provide a hybrid option, allowing you to choose between virtual and in-person sessions as needed.
